As an educator and a sports enthusiast, I can attest to the benefit of sports as a tool for teaching resiliency, grit and discipline across all ages. In addition, sports is like some form of catharsis (the cleansing of our emotions)! Throughout my life, I have benefited from sports by keeping myself healthy and even in difficult times – I have also relied on sports to find happiness and emotional balance. With the world grappling with heath issues, sporting has become all the more important. At BYB, we want to be your partner as you embark on a journey of a SPORTY LIFESTYLE.
